Further into the property you will come to the second sitting room, affectionately known as the country room, providing a peaceful space for reading, whilst sat on one of the two Chesterfield sofas, one of which conveniently comes out to be a bed.
Enter into the character-filled kitchen/diner where you can rustle up heart-warming meals for you and your loved ones, using the contemporary appliances such as a Belling range cooker, with two electric ovens, an electric grill and a six-ring hob, and a handy dishwasher to assist with the cleaning up!

No need to worry if you come back from a walk with muddy clothes, as you’ll find a washing machine hidden away in the utility room!
An open staircase leads you up to the first-floor where you will find a double room underneath the eaves of the property and a second sitting room which contains a futon which can be used as a bed if required and a Freesat TV with DVD player, giving access to the bright and airy bathroom.
The large enclosed gardens surround the main house, with the front garden providing lovely views of the rolling Cotswold hills, there is an outdoor bench, table and outdoor seating for 16, as well as a charcoal barbecue and various fruit trees, which guests are welcome to help themselves from.
The village is perfectly located, by the stunning River Windrush, in the heart of the North Cotswolds countryside, where you can spend a fun day out at Cotswold Farm Park, or venture over to one of the local market towns such as Winchcombe which is an ancient Saxon town with impressive architecture, independent shops, cafes, country inns and fine dining restaurants, also known as the walking capital of the Cotswolds, with many footpaths right on its doorstep, many of which incorporate sections of the Cotswold Way long distance walking trail which covers over 100 miles of spectacular countryside.
Historical market town, Stow-on-the-Wold is the highest of the Cotswold villages, and is a small market town with an array of boutique shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, as well as the Farmers’ Market which every second Thursday of each month, featuring inviting local produce; you can visit the Fosse Gallery to admire an array of contemporary British art, indulge in a bite to eat and drinks at The Stag at Stow, or revel in the scrumptious tea and cakes at The Old Bakery Tea Room.
The nearby regency town of Cheltenham offers a wide range of attractions, one being the well-known Cheltenham Festival, one of the top horse racing events in the UK.
