A charming terraced cottage within the attractive village of Bourton on the Water, just a few minutes walk from the river Windrush, cafes and shops. The excellent living areas and central location make this cottage perfect for small families or couples to enjoy a relaxing break. The sitting room proves itself to be an excellent chilling area as the comfortable leather sofas sat in front of the Freeview TV, and the fire that's set in a stone fireplace. The kitchen diner is light, airy and extremely well appointed with all of the equipment that you could need, set in fresh whites and rustic wooden furnishings. Onto the upstairs which boasts two refreshing bedrooms both with views overlooking looking buildings that surround this one. To the rear of the cottage there is a pleasant back garden complete with an attractive seating area with a table and chairs for up to four people to create the ideal outdoor spot for the warmer days. Bourton-on-the-Water's centre is just a five minute walk away, it is a bustling village with over 100 buildings listed at at least Grade II. It is home to a Model Village, a motor museum as well as lovely parks and gardens. Further afield of Bourton there are a variety of small traditional, beautiful villages such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh and Chipping Norton. They all offer pleasant little cafes and tearooms and a lot more. There is a large selection of Cafe's, Restaurants and Pubs available for all tastes, just a few minutes away from this peaceful location. A delightful cottage set in an excellent location.
