Fuchsia Lodge is a stylish and contemporary three-bedroom holiday lodge, brand new for 2025 and beautifully set within the stunning Mercia Marina in Derbyshire. A few steps lead up to the front decking where you’ll find inviting outdoor sofas and a dining area, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks in the open air.
Inside, the open-plan living area is warm and welcoming, with comfy seating, a smart TV, and an electric fire to create a homely atmosphere. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a breakfast bar for relaxed meals, while the dining area makes it easy to enjoy time together. The layout is ideal for families or friends, with the king-size master bedroom boasting an en-suite shower room one side of the lodge, and two further bedrooms, a double and a twin, served by a family bathroom with a shower over the bath the other side of the lodge. At the rear, a private garden offers a real treat, a bubbling hot tub and a fire pit with surrounding seating, perfect for winding down under the stars.

Fushia Cottage was beautiful - clean , modern, comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the view, the space between the detached lodges, the twin parking places and the excellent sturdy outdoor furniture. The view to the lake was great and we made good use of the hot tub. The area around the marina was busy but fabulous in the warm weather - we enjoyed a cuppa in the local cafe and food in the local pub in Willington.

We had a really lovely stay and will definitely be coming back. The lodge was clean, cosy and well equipped, and the setting was perfect for both kids and dogs. The hot tub was such a treat and made our evenings extra special. A great place to relax and unwind! highly recommend.
