Nestled in the historic industrial town of Belper, surrounded by the Derbyshire countryside and not far from the wonderful Peak District National Park, is this traditional mill manager's house, Chevin View. A semi-detached, three-storey dwelling, Chevin View is perfectly suited to a family of six seeking a UK staycation full of scenic walks and fascinating, historic attractions. Be welcomed into the property after walking through the pretty, enclosed front garden, stepping straight into the homely sitting room where a chesterfield sofa, and matching armchair and wingback chair, offer a spot to unwind before the traditional woodburning stove with a Smart TV to entertain. Walk beneath the original beams and atop the polished wooden floor over to the spacious kitchen, featuring exposed brick to add character aside the more contemporary glass dining table, while powder blue fitted units house a great range of appliances for rustling up delicious home-cooked meals to enjoy. Spend time outside in the lovely enclosed garden, with a patio area to sit out on in the summer months, perfect for alfresco dining and soaking up the sun. Head upstairs to the first floor to find a beautiful king-size bedroom overlooking the garden, a sleek shower room to for refreshing showers, and a twin room which is ideal for little ones and home to a selection of children's books for a lovely bedtime story.
