The cottage is immaculate, clean, comfortable and warm. A true home away from home. We met the owner who made us and our two dogs feel very welcome and also provided a fantastic welcome basket. We will definitely be back!! Thanks Annette, Roma.

It has everything you could possibly need for a holiday in the stunning countryside. We booked for a week to attend a wedding and do some walking with our son and little dog. Unfortunately, it was during some of the wettest weather we've had for a long time and I was using crutches for a back problem. This meant we had to stay in more than planned so the comfort of the cottage was even more important. Annette greeted us shortly after we arrived and answered a few questions. This was a lovely way to be welcomed and reassuring to know she was available if we needed anything. We left a couple of days earlier than planned but would love to stay at Clematis Cottage again if in Derbyshire. Thanks again Annette, your hospitality was appreciated.
