There is a £150 security deposit payable on arrival. This will be returned on check out and inspection of the lodge. Please note this is pre-auth or cash (contacless is not accepted)
The park will not allow any visitors onsite due to Health and Saftey reasons.
Park will accept check ins up until 6pm, if you are planning to arrive after this time please call the park to make necessary arrangements.

We stayed in No. 9 lodge.Hot tub had to much chlorine in but we reported it and it got sorted.One of the jets were sucking in instead of out and marked all my husband,s back of which this was also reported and left in there hands to repair.Hot tub not private at all has it's right by a gate to main house where they must live as they walk right past you when you are in the hot tub .Some of the radiators were rusty and stained.Oven had no symbols on switches to use the oven so no idea how to switch it on and temperature settings unless you look the model up on the internet.Television in main bedroom doesn't work.All in all we did have a nice relaxing time as it is a very quiet site with only 13 lodges.Limited kitchenware if you use dishwasher.It says they are luxury lodges but I would disagree with this

As said previously the microwave was damaged rusty inside and radiator was rusty in bathroom. Carpet dirty as gave us black feet. No cheese grater so had to use veg peeler for cheese🤣Coffee table was very wobbly and probably needed replacing! Beds were comfy and clean and plenty of storage for clothes and large mirrors were great for getting ready. Table was set up nice on arrival with the plates and bowls. Smelt clean when we walked in. Overall was fine for what we needed.

A very well-kept, peaceful lodge park. Only 13 or so lodges, some older than others. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Good security with electric gates. Nothing really in walking distance as it's off a busy road but plenty of Ubers available and food delivery too, altho we self catered. Leicester and Fosse Park retail centre each only 15mins drive away. Hot tub was lovely and staff lowered the temperature as the weather was scorchio!! Great stay, thank you.
