Lake View Lodges offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat in a well-maintained, quiet setting. All properties: Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Paved terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 9-acre of natural grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 3 cars. 1 small pet welcome (must be kept on lead at all times within the grounds). No smoking. Please note: There are 3 lakes within the grounds.. Unspoilt lake views. These 5 holiday cabins, each with furnished verandah for dining al fresco, are located 7 miles from Boston, and 20 miles from Skegness. They are situated just outside the small village of Old Leake where there are two pubs, a supermarket and a children’s play area. The site is ½ mile from the A52 with a regular bus service to Boston and Skegness.
Sheepgate Equestrian Centre is 2 miles away, where National Dressage competitions are held. The local rspb reserve at Freiston Shore is 5 miles away, whilst Leverton village to the south has a café, supermarket and pub.
There are many country lanes around the site which are ideal for walking and cycling. The cabins overlook an established fishing lake (permit provided), however, guests will also be required to have their own Environment Agency fishing license. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

First time staying here. First impression very nice. Very pretty and cabins look over the lake, listen to the birds. Large parking spaces. Inside very clean, lovely and warm, welcome hamper was nice, there was tea and coffee but no milk. Plum loaf was lovely. We had a lovely 4 night break and hubby was very successful at the fishing. But a few things that affected us but not everyone, there is no where to hang your coats up, if they are wet, you don't want to hang them in the bedroom, so coat stand would help. The sofas were very low down and got a little uncomfortable but for a little break was fine. Beds clean and comfy, but duvet covers are a bit worn. Beautiful place, but more and more static caravans are being put in that in my opinion will spoil the view. But it's a peaceful place and we'll kept.

We have had another fantastic stay at Lakeview lodges. Our 5th stay! We stayed in cabin 5 this time. They are all very similar in side, just a few different personal touches and beautiful art work from a local artist Rachel, the owner and her dad are so kind, caring, friendly and very approachable.There is a lovely welcome basket with the most delicious plum loaf that I could polish off in one sitting.The beds are comfortable with good pillows for a great sleep. The cabins are toasty warm, even when we had a problem with the heating, which was sorted very quickly, we didn't feel cold at all. The fishing was great for the time of year, February, and weather. We caught, carp, mirror, rudd, roach and bream. You can fish on any of the lakes on site. It is so peaceful and very quiet. Perfect!There is a coop within a mile, lovely fish and chips shop and a pizza shed a mile and half away. We will be rebooking and returning as soon as we can.

We celebrated my husband’s 70th Birthday at this lodge and we had a fabulous time. He really enjoyed the fishing and there was plenty to see and do locally. The location was perfect, it was so quiet. Thanks to your team, the place was spotless 👍 We were welcomed with a few goodies, but maybe in future if you could add some milk that would be great, just a thought.
