Please note: Couples and family bookings only.. All properties: Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Paved terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 9-acre of natural grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 3 cars. 1 small pet welcome (must be kept on lead at all times within the grounds). No smoking. Please note: There are 3 lakes within the grounds.. Unspoilt lake views. These 5 holiday cabins, each with furnished verandah for dining al fresco, are located 7 miles from Boston, and 20 miles from Skegness. They are situated just outside the small village of Old Leake where there are two pubs, a supermarket and a children’s play area. The site is ½ mile from the A52 with a regular bus service to Boston and Skegness.
Sheepgate Equestrian Centre is 2 miles away, where National Dressage competitions are held. The local rspb reserve at Freiston Shore is 5 miles away, whilst Leverton village to the south has a café, supermarket and pub.
There are many country lanes around the site which are ideal for walking and cycling. The cabins overlook an established fishing lake (permit provided), however, guests will also be required to have their own Environment Agency fishing license. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

The area around the property is gravelled, however, once at the property, there is a ramp and there are no steps into the property at all.

Six years of coming to Lakeview lodges and enjoying every minute. Hubby caught loads of fish, dogs enjoyed theirs walks. Everything a winner in my view. Thanks again, will be back 🙂

Lovely well kept quiet site, the Lodge was spotlessly clean and had everything anyone could need. Close enough to walk to the local shop in the village. Rachel the owner was very welcoming, the site was ideally situated for us to visit relatives in the area and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend it.

We arrived and entering the cabin it felt warm, the owner had been and put the heating on for us.It was spacious cosy and warm.The cabin was well equipped and very clean.We overlooked a lake and we sat on the large deck listening to the birds and the ducks at night.It was so quiet just what we neededAnd Rachael the owner introduced herself to us which made us feel welcomed. It is a secure site and well keptThank You we will be back!!! 😘
