We had an amazing time at Woad Mill. The amenities were excellent and the apartment was spotlessly clean. There was a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer with a decent amount of space and there was even a blender in the cupboard! They left washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing up sponges, literally everything you could need was included. The hot tub was amazing, just the perfect size for 2 people to stretch out and again very clean, they literally empty and refill the tubs between each rental. The location is a few miles south of Boston and about a 40 minute drive to Skegness, so we did go there for a day trip. We had an issue with the car battery going flat one day and the owner was so helpful, sent around one of his staff straight away to jump start it for us - they could not have been any more accommodating. We didn't use the sauna but we had a key for it so we had a look in - it was very nice. Our dog also really enjoyed her stay but just a heads up for dog owners - they ask for dogs not to go on the furniture. All in all we had such an amazing time we've already booked to go back at Christmas!

The apartment was decorated & furnished to a high standard and very clean. We enjoyed the added benefit of the hot tub and sauna. The complimentary hamper was much appreciated (especially the plum bread).

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would happily return. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were responsive and helpful during our visit. The apartment itself is beautiful, and the surrounding area is just as lovely. Its peaceful, scenic, and perfect for relaxing. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and made the stay feel extra special.
