A lovely cottage for a relaxing break on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds town of Louth, close to Hubbards Hills and just a stroll into the town centre..

Enclosed rear garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. A lovely cottage, just a 10-minute walk into the centre of the Wolds Georgian market town of Louth, well known for its many good restaurants and bars as well as its traditional three markets a week. Just 150 yards walk away is the Hubbards Hills where you can enjoy a walk alongside the river through the park and onto Westgate Fields which brings you into Louth towards the magnificent church and town centre.
The east coast with its sandy beaches and traditional seaside resorts such as Skegness and Mablethorpe is only 30 minutes’ drive or head into Lincoln approximately 35 minutes away for a great day out exploring the cathedral, castle and even have lunch alongside the Brayford marina as you watch the boats cruise by.
Motorsport enthusiasts will enjoy nearby Cadwell Park race circuit which has events and track days most weekends. For those that love to explore on foot or by bike there are popular cycle routes out into the Wolds or lovely walks straight from the door. Meridian Leisure centre is a 5 minute drive from the property, as well as Louth cinema and theatre. Shops, restaurants and pubs ¾ mile.

Nice friendly communication with the owner before arrival letting us know how to access the cottage. Parking space right outside the front door. A really beautiful cottage which was so fresh and clean on arrival. A very thoughtful welcome basket. This cottage has everything you need and is more like a home than a holiday let. Loved the Bee theme in the kitchen. Every room is so well furnished and comfortable. Has a Smart TV and Wi-Fi was good. There is a lovely private seating area at the bottom of the garden. It’s very peaceful. A good twenty minute walk into Louth but well worth it, lots of lovely independent shops and great pubs.

For their above-and-beyondery in preparing, presenting and so generously caring for guests, owners Gill and Steve deserve awards. What's that? - they do have awards, and lots of 'em! Customers Choice citations every year, and masses of starry visitor reviews. Worth reading them to build-up a picture of ComfyKozy Cottage - lovely within, green vistas without and yet handy for Louth and other Lincolnshire hotspots. Or in my case, wetspots. After that lovely 2026 spring, the weather broke for my stay: I expected to be annoyed, but as the rain began to bucket down daily, I simply scuttled 'home' and enjoyed being there instead.. That's my addition to the accolades - just someone in a succession of visitors, staying in a week's holiday rental, yet ComfyKosy Cottage for that brief period felt like it was my home. Thank you, Gill and Steve: you have a vocation for vacations!
