We use the van ourselves personally, so you can be assured everything is clean, tidy and in good working order.

A veranda perfect for sitting out in the sun with a burger or a bottle.

We have 2 televisions in the van along with DVD and video players and toys for little ones if the weather lets you down.

Free WIFI is available in the van so you can keep connected.

Fully kitted out with all the essentials.

The van is sited within a few minutes walk of all the activities, arcades, entertainment, pubs, and restaurants.

The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

Wristbands are to be purchased separately. Contact us after booking and we will arrange however many you need at a cheaper price than when purchased through Butlins. Please be aware that Butlins passes are required to get on the caravan site, not just to use Butlins facilities.

Pets are allowed at a supplementary charge of £35 per pet.

We are happy to take weekend, midweek, or full-week bookings throughout the off-peak and full-week or fortnight bookings in the summer.
