About this property

Situated on the Coastfields Site on a really well placed plot with no caravan infront or behind, the caravan is right across from the site chip shop and the newly refurbished Sundancer bar with Sports TV, arcades and food faciiltes which can be seen from the caravan. Access to the caravan can be made through Beach Esate from Roman Bank, the shop on the Kingfisher site is also within a few minutes walk.

The caravan is just a few seconds walk from the Kingfisher Caravan Park for easy access to Fantasy Island and all the faciltiies including Ingoldmells market and just a few minutes walk from the main road Roman Bank where there is a bus stop and the entrance to the beach via the Promenade Caravan site. There is a Greggs and a Spar shop within a 5 minute walk.

On the Coastfields site you can find a children's play area, indoor heated swimming pool with jacuzzi, Chinese Takeaway and Spar shop, family showbar, arcade and laundrette.

Willow Lodge is fully equipped with central heating, double glazing, gas fire, open plan living area, 3 Piece Suite, dining table with 4 chairs, 42" TV, fully equipped kitchen with all crockery and cooking utensils, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob and grill, vacuum cleaner, bathroom with power shower, iron and ironing board.

Please note that due to COVID19 we will be supplying Mattress Protectors only and guests will be required to bring their own bedding.

Our Caravan has a Gas Certificate, Fire Blanket, Fire Extinguisher, Carbon Monoxide Detector, Smoke Alarm and a First Aid Kit.

Willow Lodge has a gated veranda to the side with a parking space right infront of the van, there is also a a patio area to the side, as there are no caravans immeadiately behind there is a small grass area to the back.

On the veranda you will find an outdoor table and chairs set for guest use.

Willow Lodge Is Strictly No Smoking/Vaping And No Pets Are Allowed.
