With the fabulous beaches and seaside entertainments of Skegness and Ingoldmells under 3 miles away, these two single storey converted farm buildings are ideal for family holidays or just to relax and unwind in tranquil countryside. Set, with their individual patios, around a shared courtyard area and both properties are 50 yards from good coarse fishing. Lincoln Cathedral, rspb reserves and aircraft museums are a short drive. Links golf course nearby. Shop and pub 1 mile.

We had a lovely stay and found the cottage to be very clean and well equipped. The surrounding grounds were kept lovely and it has a great location, being very close to Skegness and lots of other places worth a visit. The hot tub was great and we used it each night of our 3 night stay - We only have a couple of small gripes which did not ruin our stay but feel it is only right to mention as they could be easily rectified. The first one is we were inundated with flies in the cottage - every time we opened the patio door (which we did frequently with the dog etc) there would be 5 or more flies in the cottage - maybe it's because of the nearby lakes - there was an insect repelling device in the kitchen which seemed to do nothing and also a can of fly spray provided - which didn't kill them either! The other thing is the wifi - It states free wifi - but the free wifi isn't even up to operating the functions on the TV - you can pay for wifi but don't really expect in this day and age to pay for wifi - especially as when booking it says it is included.We had a lovely time though and would return if we were in the area again.

We had a great 4 days at the laurels. Onsite staff were great, the site it’s self was lovely and quiet, local area has lovely beaches, loads of places to walk dogs also.
