Close to the river bank, these three, three-storey barn conversions (refs UKC2301, UKC2302 and UKC2303) are ideal for families, groups and couples. These wonderful properties make an excellent venue for large families to get together. Each barn has its own enclosed garden with a patio and hot tub, and are in the ideal location for enjoying lovely walks along the riverside and offer good cycle routes straight from the door. Internally each barn has been sympathetically converted and beautifully furnished and decorated, with large feature windows overlooking the river bank.
Set close to the River Steeping, at the edge of the owners’ arable farm, which guests are free to explore, there is the bonus of free river fishing within the grounds (licence required). On the fringe of Wainfleet All Saints, and within short walk of a famous brewery which offers tours, an on-site pub and a bistro, these properties are perfect for exploring the area. Wainfleet is a quaint market town with and array of shops, pubs, restaurant and a railway station. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is just 5 miles away, and has a lovely sandy beach and family entertainment, including the Fantasy Island theme park. The National Trust properties of Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are within easy driving distance. Visit bird and seal sanctuaries along the coast, or take a trip to medieval Lincoln, with its famous castle and cathedral, just 40 miles away, across the scenic, rolling Lincolnshire Wolds countryside. Beach 4 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Last weekend eight of us met up for a special birthday celebration. When we booked in we received the best welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The house was warm, comfortable and clean, the hot tub perfect.The village is a short walk away which is convenient for the local coop, but doesn't offer much in the way of coffee shops. However with the seaside only a short drive away that really doesn't matter.We will definitely stay at Haven View again.Many thanks to Chris.

We had a great time at Haven View. The house was very clean and spacious. The owners were also very friendly. The hot tub was also a great addition for kids and adults alike. Thank you for having us, we really enjoyed it.

Amazing space for large group of friends or family bedrooms very spacious with good quality comfortable beds we all slept really well plenty of hot water for showers in the morning great area to sit together in the large open living area the kitchen was well equipped for us all to cook with everything you needed The only downside of our stay was the fishing facilities could do with some pegs situated at the bank side for easy access apart from this we had a brilliant weekend! Thankyou Cheryl for showing us into the accommodation you was very welcoming 😊
