Stunning new three bedroom lodge set in a secluded position within the woodland, king-size double bedroom with en suite, one double with en suite and one twin bedroom with en suite, served by a family bathroom, open plan lounge and dining area and kitchen. We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Hawthorne lodge. The place was really clean and was an amazing space. We went just as a couple so the three bedrooms might seem a bit much but actually having the extra room was really nice and I would recommend it. The weather wasn't great during our stay so having the arcade was a bonus. We also moved the sofa's out the way and that freed up a huge space for us to workout. There is a great bar and restaurant on site, friendly staff good Guinnes. We also really enjoyed the hot tub too. I would happily come back for another stay. Only a couple of things could be looked at to potentially make the lodge even better. 1) Bigger fridge & freezer maybe with an ice dispensor. Even staying as just a couple it was small. 2) The glas panel next to the front door could be frosted. This will still let in light but give a touch more privacy. 3) Entrance mat at backdoor so you dont drip water everywhere coming in from the hot tub.

Spent a lovely long weekend here with the family. Lovely location, not far from skegness front. Lodge we stayed in was immaculate and very modern, only thing that lacked was fridge space. Very small under worktop fridge for 6 people. Definitely recommend visiting!

We had a great stay at Herons Mead. The place was large and spacious with each room having an en suite which is perfect for groups. The place was peaceful and a lovely lake which we would walk around each day. The communication was great and any isues we had, if any, they were very responsive. Would definitely come back.
