There is an unfenced lake in the grounds, 100 yards away and only small dogs will be permitted on-site.
Hen/stag and same-sex groups outside of couples/families if aged under 21 will need prior approval from the park.
Please note a working livery is set on Helsey Farm Cottages along with continued development work whilst kept to a minimum, may cause some disruption.

Towels are only provided in hot tub lodges.

Not clean, to many flies and cobwebs definitely needs a deep clean had to buy fly spray to keep the flies down hot tub doesn't get cleaned either should clean it every couple days but no and main door not close properly small gap at bottom

Beautiful Premium lodge with Hot tub, in peaceful location. Lodge was very spacious with 2 double bedrooms ( one en suite) Very clean, equipped well.

2 bedroom lodge from platinum range. Incredibly spacious and very clean. No weird smells just an immaculately presented home. Views overlooking beautiful greenery and horses. Hot tub was maintained and fairly private. Photos show the lodge is near water but this is not the case. We actually preferred it as was more private.Beds were spring mattresses which I found comfortable. The pillows were plump and super comfy too.Appreciated the phone call a week before with details on access. When you take the main turn from the main road, Google maps makes you take the second right into a car park, but in fact it's the first right where all the lodges and caravans are (we got there quite late so was not obvious in the dark). Overall a fantastic relaxing cottage/lodge with beautiful views. Appreciated the pint of milk, a spare bin bag, small fairy liquid, sponge, surface cloth, dish cloth and coffee/tea/sugars to last a few days.No iron/iron board, hair dryer or washing machine tablets. Didn't need it but just info for others. Perhaps you can request it reception but not sure.Would be good to have details on what the cottage provides on the hoeseasons website.
