There is an unfenced lake in the grounds, 100 yards away and only small dogs will be permitted on-site.
Hen/stag and same-sex groups outside of couples/families if aged under 21 will need prior approval from the park.
Please note a working livery is set on Helsey Farm Cottages along with continued development work whilst kept to a minimum, may cause some disruption.

Towels are only provided in hot tub lodges.

Absolutely beautiful lodge!! So spacious and has everything you need! The park is the perfect place to just relax.. so peaceful!! The only bit of feedback I have really is would of been nice if the timer on the heating system worked as it got a little chilly through the night.... also maybe some new pillows needed as was super hard and lumpy but nothing major!!!!Cannot wait to return here 😍
