Clean and comfortable with a hot tub which is a bonus!

Was pet friendly but on entering the red robin number 4 tge overwelming smell of dogs was over powering, sofa and puff full of stains, throw on puff smelt terrible had to put over veranda outside, water stain marks all over ceiling, throws on beds all smelt, nasty smell like drains in twin bathroom -daughter only stayed over night cos couldnt bear the smell.Second time at Herons Mead and second time with issues wouldnt come back.
