Lack of soft furnishings, cushions etc but this could be due to Covid guidelines. Warm and well equipped. Handy having two toilets in the caravan.

On first impression really nice. But later little snags. Just went to reception, they were very good.

We have been to the Richmond a few times now. Always a great place to stay, friendly staff and close to town. We stayed in plot 18 this time, a gold plus caravan. Think it’s time it was downgraded. The shower is scummy and the heated towel rail has rusted, along with other signs of wear and tear which are not the end of the world but not justified for the gold plus holiday price tag.
