Although soft pillows are provided, and pillow protectors are placed and changed with every customer

EG SHEETS, DUVET COVERS, PILLOW CASES

ALSO.PROVIDE.YOUR OWN TOWELS.AND TEA TOWELS

Even though our caravans are checked an cleaned before/after each visit

You still may find the odd hair that does escape the vacum

which you would expect from having pets

Our 3 bedroom, 6 berth Caravan is based on the lake side of the park, and is a stones throw away from one of the fishing lakes. You do get a view of the fishing lake from the side bay window

has a nice sized veranda with a gate, with table and seats.

A modern, comfy caravan which provides a nice place to escape and unwind after a long day visiting the local attractions, before freshening yourself up to see what Southviews live entertainment has to offer.

The caravan is double glazed and central heated.

It has a double bedroom, with wardrobe, small dressing table with mirror, bedside cabinets,

2 twins (both with single beds in. Duvets and soft pillows are provided,

please provide your own bed linen (and provide bedding for cot) towels, tea towels.

The kitchen is slightly off set from the walk way by the oven. in the kitchen are your usual cooking equipment, and cutlery, plates, glasses etc microwave, toaster, fridge with small seperate freezer.

The living area has free standing sofas,.. 3 seater and 2 seater

The dinning area is seperate from the lounge with free standing dinning table and chairs

Theres a flat screen TV with free view, .The caravan has its own tarmac parking space next to the caravan.

PLEASE NOTE: THE PRICE OF THE HOLIDAY DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY PARK PASSES/PERMITS, these can be brought at Park reception when you arrive.

We hire our caravans for a minimum of 3 nights -28 nights (for long stays please enquire for a quote as discounts can be applied)

All holiday dates can be secured by a £50 booking fee per booking.

All holidays MUST be paid in full 4weeks before holiday start dates.

We do allow payments by weekly/monthly instalments, unless its a late booking, then the payment must be made in one full payment along with the £50 security fee

A £50 Security fee is also required on top of your holiday total ( which is returned to you within 10days after departure if the caravan and contents are left in a sound condition with no damage and the keys are returned to reception upon departure at 10.00 am) this is taken in case any damage is caused to the caravan or contents etc.

No smoking/vapouring inside caravan

The main person booking and staying in the caravan must be over the age 21,

Sorry we only accept bookings for families and couples only !! No same sex group bookings/parties.All persons wishing to stay in the caravan, must be named when booking.(including the breed of your dog)

We do allow small/medium size dogs (no bigger than a springer spaniel size) in our caravans, as long as they are well behaved/house trained.And Do not sleep on the sofas and beds.

A maximum of two (2) dog's per caravan, site rules.

.No dogs allowed in the bedrooms at any point of your stay.

Please provide your own dog bed and coverings for the sofas to minimize dog hairs on sofas, anyone choosing not to use coverings maybe be billed for a deeper clean of the caravan to remove dog hairs or lose part of your security deposit that will be used for this purpose.

ALL DOGS/CATS must be treated for flea/tick prevention at least 1 week before holiday

No more than 6 persons are allowed to stay in the caravan at any point,if you would like to ask any further questions then please feel free to contact us.
