Chainbridge Barns have been converted to provide superb luxury accommodation set close to the river Steeping, where there is the bonus of free river fishing within the grounds. Each barn has its own individual charm and are ideal for couples or a family of four to enjoy. Open views across the fields await you as does your own private enclosed garden to sit out and relax in.
A 10-minute stroll takes you into the centre of Wainfleet All Saints which is a quaint market town with an array of shops, pubs, restaurant and a railway station. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is just 5 miles away, and has a lovely sandy beach and family entertainment, including the Fantasy Island theme park. The National Trust properties of Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are within easy driving distance. Visit bird and seal sanctuaries along the coast, or take a trip to medieval Lincoln, with its famous castle and cathedral, just 40 miles away, across the scenic, rolling Lincolnshire Wolds countryside. Beach 6 miles.

Was a lovely done out barn conversion and if you want a quiet place to relax but not have to far to travel for places to visit then this is the place.

This is a difficult review. This cottage is one of the best we have hired for cleanliness, equipment and quality. The caretaker was helpful and charming and, as we arrived on the hottest day of the year, gave us an electric fan to cool things off. BUT - it is sited about 60 yards from the main A52 road and is very noisy from road traffic. This is the only reason I marked it down and would not recommend it. A shame - in another location I would have marked this as 5 stars.
