Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Hot Tub for 4. Coarse fishing on-site (£20, per day). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 lakes in the grounds.. Lakeside Retreats enjoys a peaceful location tucked away in the Lincolnshire countryside, with all the luxury lodges overlooking the fishing lakes. One of the cosy lodges await you after a day spent exploring the area, with many good country pubs serving food to be found on your travels. Good walks through the park as well as the surrounding area, with many cycle routes from the doorstep. Nearby Grantham, 7 miles away, has a mainline railway station straight into London for a day out in the capital, as well as many good restaurants, pubs, shops and amenities. On-site the fishing is excellent, with huge catfish (30 lbs+) to be found in the lakes. You will have access to fishing across three lakes, and the fishing is only for guests staying on site. Shop, pub and restaurant 2½ miles.

We found an absolute gem, and had the best weekend. The lodge is on a very secure privately owned fishery which is beautifully kept by the owners. The lodge was lovely, looked brand new and it’s position to the lakes is perfect and give you amazing lakeside views. Was a treat to pull back the curtains in a morning. The hot tub is a perfect bonus, was clean, private in the enclosed garden and covered, much needed after a cool day. The fishing on the match lake was the best we’ve come across, especially for us “not to serious” fishing folk. Loads of variety and sizes, a new PB and a steady flow of catching all day long. We will be booking again very soon!!!
