The property's location is appreciated for its tranquility and proximity to local walks and wildlife, with easy access to Market Rasen and surrounding areas.
The majority of guests found the property to be clean and well-maintained, with only a few isolated comments about areas needing more attention. The positive remarks far outweigh the negatives, indicating a high standard of cleanliness overall.
The location is generally appreciated for its quietness and proximity to nature, with woodland walks and a rural setting. However, a few guests noted the absence of a local pub and the property not being at the edge of a village, slightly affecting the score.
Guests frequently compliment the comfort of the accommodation, mentioning the cosy atmosphere, warm environment, and comfortable bed. The presence of a spiral staircase is noted, which may affect guests with mobility issues.
Reviews highlight the well-equipped kitchen, spacious grounds, and additional touches like Christmas decorations. Some guests suggested improvements such as better outside lighting and a deep clean in the bathroom, indicating room for enhancement in facilities and maintenance.
While many reviews express gratitude towards the owners for their hospitality and the welcoming nature of the property, there are no specific mentions of gifts provided by the hosts. Therefore, it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness based on gifts, and the score is set to null.
