Horse racing at Market Rasen and the market towns of Horncastle and Louth are within 10 miles and Lincoln is 15 miles. Also 15 miles are the Hemswell Antique Centre and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. National Trust’s Tattersall Castle and Gunby Hall and east coast beaches are 28 miles. Shops 2½ miles, pub 2.5 miles.

Fantastic property superbly presented. Comfortable, faultlessly clean and in a lovely location well placed for a number of attractions. Outdoor space is excellent with a garden which dogs will love, although diligence would still be wise.Charming hosts are the icing on the cake.

We had a lovely stay at the well equipped barn. We knew before we went that it was in a quiet area but suited us for our dogs. Plenty of walks and country parks nearby. Only 45 minutes to coast. The barn catered for all of our needs and the hosts were very welcoming. The garden was safe for our dogs, perhaps a bit more chicken wire on the gate for adventurous dogs. Overall we had a nice relaxing holiday. If you want a lively holiday this probably isn’t the place for you as there isn’t much locally.
