Once you’ve parked up on the sweeping driveway, head through the front door and explore your surroundings, the property offers several striking rooms to kick back and relax in, including a large sitting room with a log burner, the perfect spot for chilly winter evenings, a conservatory where you can enjoy some quiet reading, a games room with pool table to entertain the whole group and various other seating rooms where you can enjoy spending quality time with your loved ones. When not exploring some of the fantastic independent restaurants that uphill Lincoln has to offer, the stylishly decorated dining room is perfect for big family meals, the large dining table can seat everyone, making it a wonderfully sociable room ideal for celebrations and gatherings, pull back the secret mirrored door to discover your own private bar area complete with drinks fridge. Be sure to relax in the large enclosed back garden where you can enjoy a BBQ on the patio, play garden games on one of the large lawns, or soak in the hottub taking in the magnificent views of the open countryside, this is the perfect spot to achieve true tranquillity on your restful retreat. Upstairs you’ll find six spacious and airy bedrooms where you can ensure that the whole party get a restful night’s sleep. The first floor is split into two wings, with both bedrooms and bathrooms on either side, making it a great layout for families, particularly those with small children. Come rain or shine, the stunning indoor swimming pool which adjoins the dining room is available for your exclusive daily use at set times of the day, used to give the local children swimming lessons you can be sure that this pool is perfect for a splashing good time! Market Rasen is a small market town, offering a handful of great eateries, 18-hole golf course and a magnificent racecourse, which as well as a great day out at the races offers a mixture of events and live music throughout the year - the perfect place to enjoy a family-fun day out, market Rasen is also on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the gently rolling landscape and picturesque villages prove a magnet for cyclists, walkers and wildlife lovers, with many trails and country pubs to explore. Uphill Lincoln is only a 15 minute drive away with its magnificent cathedral boasting striking architecture and used as a film location for both The Da Vinci Code and coronation scenes in Young Victoria, walk the walls of Lincoln Castle and climb the tower, taking in views over the city, in the summer months, enjoy the open-air theatre, pop and rock concerts and re-enactment weekends in the castle grounds, the castle also houses one of only four surviving original copies of Magna Carta, the Cathedral Quarter of Lincoln is full of independent shops and restaurants and hosts the famous Christmas market every December, take the cobbled streets down Steep Hill to the city centre which has a bustling high street, the Theatre Royal and the Brayford Pool area which has many water front restaurants. Spend a day on one of the Lincolnshire Coast's unspoilt sandy beaches at the seaside towns of Skegness, Cleethorpes and Mablethorpe, and check out what the Lincolnshire showground has to offer, hosting many events throughout the year, for antiques lovers, Europe's largest antiques centre at Hemswell and the market town of Horncastle are within easy reach. You’ll have plenty to keep the kids occupied with lots of attractions just a short drive away, feed the animals and take a tractor and trailer ride at Rand Farm Park, or visit the tigers, meercats and birds of prey at Woodside Wildlife Park, the older ones can take to the tree tops on the high ropes course at Wild Pines Park or get wet at one of the largest outdoor inflatable aqua parks in the UK.

Market Rasen is a lovely little market town, offering views of the beautiful countryside and woodland areas surrounding the Lincolnshire Wolds, a wonderful place for walking and nature spotting. Nearby is a fantastic 18-hole golf course, as well as the National Hunt racecourse offering a family-fun day out. The city of Lincoln is just a short journey away and well worth a trip, too, with a magnificent cathedral, a wide variety of shopping experiences and an 11th century castle, there's plenty here to see and do for all ages and interests.
