Lovely and quiet location, accommodation just what we required 3 bedrooms 3 en-suite shower rooms. Spacious and all done to a high quality. Well equipped and within easy drive to many interesting places. Nice nature and river walks and historic locations. Will visit again. Maybe when not so HOT. That’s the weather not the accommodation.

We had a week in the Grooms Quarters with my elderly parents and specifically needed a ground floor bedroom & bathroom.Overall the accommodation was excellent and the Cottages.com website does not do it justice in terms of all the facilities. The ground floor bathroom is in fact an en-suite wet room, there is an EV charger & the patio has a table & chairs with lovely views across miles of open countryside. There is a smoking policy which prohibits smoking anywhere on the site not just inside, this isn’t clearly set out on the website. The accommodation is very spacious with really good sized rooms throughout, very comfortable and very well equipped. There were loads of games, books, DVD’s, a high chair and a perching stool which was great for my parents showering. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and provided a lovely welcome pack together with advice on best places to visit & eat. They even provided us with a wheelchair to save us renting one. The property is a little remote a couple of miles down a country lane off the main road, but Wragby is only 4 miles away and has all the necessary amenities.

Lovely holiday cottage, very clean and had everything we needed including a fan which was needed as we were there during the heatwave. Jill and Colin were great hosts making sure we had everything we needed.
