Lovely house with 3 en suite bedrooms. Lovely surrounding of beautiful and peaceful countryside. Really lovely cafe 5mins drive or 15 mins walk with gorgeous food. Local pub was an Indian grill. Maureen was really helpful and came within minutes for a couple of queries

We stayed at Hollyhocks for a week. The accommodation was very nice, nice huge lounge and diner. Could have done with more utensils. The bedrooms were good except no wardrobes or space to put your clothes in one of the bedrooms, 2 had chest of drawers but wardrobe would have helped. In the bathroom no space to put your toiletries.The area was very nice and clean.Maureen was very helpful and friendly. There needs to be sign on both side of entrance otherwise you can easily miss it.We will definitely go back.

Property is very high standard spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Lovely comfortably furnished balcony with views of surrounding countryside and owners beautiful garden. Beds very comfortable, bathrooms all had good walk in showers.Grounds are very well maintained and clean. Our only concern was the description of the location. We felt it was too far to walk to local villages to eat in local pubs and we would have taken more pre prepared food with us if the location detail had been more accurate. There are local pubs but walk is on country lanes with no footpaths which we didn’t want to do. Probably at least 30 min walk. We drove to Kettering to a supermarket for food. There was no information pack in the house so we had no information on takeaways etc but we did find a local one eventually called Aroma which was very good.
