Hollyhocks was a clean and comfortable holiday home. The balcony was excellent and was enjoyed by us. It was very easy to get to London for a day’s visit (we went from Wellingborough railway station which was easy to get to and had plenty of car parking spaces). We also visited Bletchley Park and Duxford Air Museum which were easy to get to. The Buttery in Woodford was good for tasty lunches and the Dukes in Woodford was good for bar meals. Hope to visit again.

Highly recommend! What a lovely property! Clean, tidy, spacious, in a quiet location. I'd say you'd definitely need a car to get around although there is a cafe - the watermill tearoom and restaurant which is walkable also I think there are some walking routes/trails. We didn't get the chance to do this with a wee one who just wanted to run and play - which he had plenty of room to do so. The welcome basket was very much appreciated. Maureen was lovely and extremely accommodating! Thank you so much Maureen! P.s The flower seeds you gave my mom are growing 💕

Lovely house with 3 en suite bedrooms. Lovely surrounding of beautiful and peaceful countryside. Really lovely cafe 5mins drive or 15 mins walk with gorgeous food. Local pub was an Indian grill. Maureen was really helpful and came within minutes for a couple of queries
