We had an absolutely great time.We loved the shepherd's hut. it was cosy, well equipped, hot shower and heating system. Hot tub was great with the added company 🐤 ducky.A little fold up table & chairs would be ideal when the weather is a bit cold & wet to sit outside so we could play our games on in comfort rather than sit at the breakfast bar high seats in the evening. We didn't get to use the log burner as Storm Dave put a stop to that!We loved the location and sheep!Would definitely recommend this place and visit again. We went to Lincoln, Clumber Park and the local pubs were great.

We stayed her for our two year anniversary and had a lovely weekend. The cabin was so cozy, we were able to relax and hide from the very rainy weather. The hot tub was lovely and enjoyed the childish touch of the rubber ducks. We loved using the outside log burner, another extra element that made the place feel cozy. Great location also, as you get to be in the country side but with the town and other amenities so close it made it very easy. Overall we had an absolutely amazing weekend and would recommend.

We had a truly relaxing weekend in Herdwick, which was just what we needed. The accommodation is well equipped & lots of outdoor space - wood burner & bbq if required. The hot tub is amazing - just the right temperature. Everywhere is spotlessly clean & the bed incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend a visit to the farm shop a short distance away, for a full English breakfast - one of the best we've had...ever! Reasonably priced & lots of other homemade delights too 😊We will certainly consider a return visit - thank you so much for a lovely stay.
