Set on the outskirts of the pretty village of Wellow is where you will find your home for special celebrations. Head past the village cricket green and pretty fishing pond to reach the property at the top of a farm track. The rural location is surrounded by the ancient woodland of Sherwood Forest. There are two pubs in the village of Wellow along with good local restaurants and takeaways, with supermarkets, butchers, and banks all 1.5 miles away in New Ollerton. Visit the nearby Sherwood Forest. Offering countless footpaths and forests to explore and blow off the cobwebs with some fresh air. There are two fantastic spas within a short drive if you would like to spoil yourself, and many outdoor pursuits such as paintballing and archery are available at the nearby parks. The property offers a large central space for everyone to come together. There is a huge dining table (seats 28). The kitchen/lounge offers all you need to rustle up a good meal including two electric ovens and a hob, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Why not get someone in to prepare a perfect celebration meal, while you sit on the comfy sofas in the lounge area and chill watching the 88 Smart TV. After your meal head downstairs to the soundproof nightclub which boasts a fantastic juke box sound system and lighting and stage to let your hair down with good company. Where you can pull your own pints from our very own private bar. There are two separate WC's in the main barn for your convenience. Heading out of the main barn and into the courtyards, where you will find the bedrooms nestled next door to each other. There are 9 king size bedrooms each with an en suite shower room and WC, and 4 twin bedrooms each with en suite shower room and WC. The master twin bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower and WC. Each room is heated with underfloor heating, smart 55 TVs. Finally, you will find the games room with retro arcade games, table football and an air hockey table, and seating to sit and catch up with friends. Spend summer days lazing on the patio with plenty of outdoor seating and hot tubs. There is a drop off point for easy access and a car park is situated a short walk away from the barns. Need to know: 13 bedrooms 9 king size and 4 twins all with en suites please note the property currently sleeps 26 with 13 en suite bedrooms. 1 en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, 13 en suite shower rooms with showers and WC s and 2 separate WC's. Electric double oven and hob, 2 large fridges, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Kitchen/Bar area pumps and drinks are for show, please bring your own. Smart TV in the lounge area and in each bedroom. 2 x Hot tubs close at 9:30pm (please note the third hot tub is for back up). Courtyard space with central raised fish pond and patio with seating. Ample off road parking. Shop 2 miles and pub under 0.25 miles. Please note there is cctv in some of the outside areas. Games room with air hockey, table football and retro arcade gaming machines, these machines are pay per play ( 0.50p/ 1.00). The Music cellar a special place created so that you can dance til 1am, with inhouse sound system which is a digital jukebox, there are no other connections or speakers. Concierge service onsite: Everything can be arranged for you from your very own private chef to entertainment, Turkish barber to spa treatments, just ask and the owner will try and make it happen. Food Breakfast, lunch and evening meal why worry about feeding your guests, for an extra charge the concierge service can arrange all your meals, clear away the tables and do the washing up and even man the bar so you can relax and enjoy your event. Private self catering venue each event can be designed and tailored for you. Day guests are welcome to come and enjoy your event, there is an additional charge of 20.00 per guest. Total numbers over 30 (including 28 in the accommodation) to make arrangements with the owner and will usually require hire of the banqueting hall to accommodate.
