There is a shop and pub within 3 miles drive with the pub at nearby Farndon overlooking the River Trent where you enjoy refreshment as the motor cruisers float by.

A stunning barn conversion with exceptional furnishing and fittings and very well equipped. A large garden with a wonderful view. For families there are three great theme / adventure parks all within 40 minutes - Sundown , Robin. Hood and Twin Lakes. Belton NT is wonderful for all ages. Lincoln castle and cathedral are a great day out. Huge Asda 15 minutes away in Newark. The Lord Ted pub nearby does an excellent value for money all week carvery and has a good play area. Together with the other properties we thought this would make a great place for a large group / family get together. An absolutely marvellous place to stay in an area with loads to do.

Great stay at the Arches as a base for us attending Focus 2026 at the nearby Newark Showground. Good communication and check in. Very comfortable, lots of space and very well equipped. We're coming back!
