Guests say
Knights Lodge receives high praise for its peaceful setting, spacious and well-equipped lodges, and excellent amenities such as hot tubs and a swimming pool. Guests consistently mention the cleanliness and modern feel, as well as the relaxing atmosphere. The location is convenient for local attractions like Alton Towers, and the staff are described as friendly and helpful. Occasional minor issues include soft beds for some preferences, early hot tub maintenance, and the cost of pool use, but overall, guests thoroughly enjoy their stays and frequently express a desire to return.
Multiple reviews highlight the lodges as very clean, tidy, and well-maintained both inside and out. Only one mention of spider webs outside, but this did not detract significantly from the overall impression.
Guests appreciate the tranquil, peaceful setting and proximity to attractions such as Alton Towers and local shops. The location is described as convenient and ideal for both relaxation and exploring the area.
The lodges are described as spacious, homely, and comfortable, with good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Some guests found the beds too soft for their liking, but this was noted as a matter of personal preference.
Facilities such as hot tubs, swimming pool, sauna, and Pilates classes are frequently praised. The lodges are well-equipped for self-catering. Minor negatives include the per-person pool charge and early hot tub maintenance on checkout day.
Several guests mention thoughtful touches such as prosecco, cake, and welcome packs, though these are not guaranteed for every stay. Staff are described as friendly and responsive.

The site was very easy to find, with the aid of your directions. The road network to and from Knight Lodge made travelling a pleasure. Individual lodges were spaced well, so you had a sense of privacy. Entering the lodge, we found it to be clean, well equipped and uncluttered. Furniture and equipment was all in excellent condition. It was comfortably warm, and homely. Above all we appreciated and enjoyed the peace and quiet. There is also a well-sized pool, Sauna and Pilates tuition etc available on site. We didn't use these, facilities this time but will on our next visit

Me and my partner had an amazing experience here. The whole place was very clean and tidy. It had many kitchen appliances, pots, pans, toaster, oven, microwave and everything you need to cook. They gave us prosecco, loaf of bread and a fruit cake which were all delicious. It was spacious and peaceful. We also had a great time exploring the area because there were many things to see and do near the place. We would definitely come again
