A downstairs WC completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, the first-floor layout continues the home’s blend of rural character and understated elegance. All three bedrooms are furnished with 6’ super-king size beds, offering generous space and comfort. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room and views over the millpond and parkland. The family bathroom features a bath with a waterfall shower over. The natural colours throughout, combined with the exposed beams and soft tones, create a restful atmosphere that perfectly complements the home’s peaceful setting.

Outside, an enclosed garden with a dining area seating six and a charcoal barbecue provides a serene vantage point for enjoying the surrounding landscape.
