It was a lovely stay I do wish it was a little bit cleaner Was a lovely stay amazing view of the pond from the hot tub can see people playing golf lots of wild life very quite area. Very close walking distance to the country club restaurant and full use of facilities also able to order food to the lodge. Decorated lovely beds were very comfortable. Good distance to Colchester zoo The lodge wasnt very clean there was yellow stains on all the bed sheets and the blanket runner. Lots of cobwebs that must have been sitting there for a while as they were thick webs in most corners and was quite dust everywhere. For what youre paying to stay there is a luxury to me I dont want to stay somewhere dirty takes 2 seconds to dust some cobwebs and get rid of spiders.

As I have said the Lodge was very good but the cleaning was terrible.We were cleaning the 4 days we were there.
