Between Nayland and Hadleigh, close to Colchester, lies a little village called Polstead. Towns nearby that are worth visiting include Nayland, known for its charming Tudor houses, and the lively market town of Hadleigh, both of which feature a wonderful selection of stores and utilities. Attractions like Hollow Trees Farm and Dedham Vale Vineyard are also nearby.
