On the ground floor, which is below sea level, is where the boats would have been stored and this is now a games room with pool table and darts. There is also a shower room. A quirky well equipped seaside cottage. Would have liked to have a pub or shop within walking distance but for a few days it was a good break

Location was great. The views were special day & night. The beach house is quirky but very comfortable. Travel instructions and key box entry worked well. For the time of year, heating system coped well. Kitchen is small, but was really well equipped and caused no cooking concerns. Again due to time of year not much was open to visit locally but Brightlinsea & Fing Wick were very worthwhile visit locations. Local sea wall walks with Bert The Lab were refreshing and enjoyable. Only concerns were the 2 upstairs door exits. The single door felt swollen and the key tough to turn and the double doors opened but were devilishly difficult to lock. On arrival, was a little concerned with building project next door but no real noise issues occurred. All in all, a really enjoyable 4 days at Angies Place. Thanks

We absolutely loved our 3rd stay! There is everything you need, lovely little warm cottage. Beautiful sunsets, lovely walks along the sea. The only downside is there is very little around (small local shop within walking distance) but we take everything we need when we stay there.. we will definitely be going back.
