Der check in war einer der schlimmsten Erlebnise meines Lebens! Wir kamen gegen 21Uhr an, was wir auch dem Host mitteilten. Die Schranken waren zu und uns wurde kein Code gegeben um hinein zu gelangen. Die 1. Notfall Nummer wuste nichts, weder wo die rezeption ist noch was wir machen sollen und sagte wir müsen selbst schauen was wir machen. Die 2. Notfall nummer, (Nummer hing an der Rezeptionstür) antwortete pampig das Telefon und nach einer Diskusion stimmte er endlich ein, persönlich zu kommen, (er sagte es würde 40min dauern) Wir warteten über 2 Stunden, ohne Rückmeldung, im dunklen, mit einem Baby, bei 10grad im Auto. Um 00:15 riefen wir die nummer erneut an und fragten wo er ist. Er sagte er wäre vor der Rezeption gewesen aber wir nicht, (wir saßen die ganze Zeit direkt vor dem Rezeptionseingang) anschließend sagte er, deutlich genervt, er käme noch einmal. Nach 40 Minuten weiterem warten, ( fast 1 Uhr am morgen) kam er dann endlich aus einem Wohnwagen NEBER unserem Auto her.

We are working in the local area and had booked to stay at Button but ended up in Amelia as the previous occupants had left Button in a poor state. Amelia was slightly smaller than what we had booked, but was in a great location and the generous welcome pack that had been left for us was much appreciated! Would be happy to stay again!
