Take a night off from the kitchen and book a local restaurant or traditional country pub, or simply order in a takeaway – there’s plenty to choose from! Those keen walkers can tackle the heights of Scafell Pike, while more outdoor adventure can be enjoyed at Ullswater, England’s second largest lake, with wakesurfing and paddle boarding opportunities. Keswick is a year round destination with a wide variety of attractions on offer including, lake cruises on Derwentwater, live performances at the Theatre by the Lake, fine fell walking, lively street markets and an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. Hope Park is a relaxing and beautiful place to visit at any time of year it is only a five minute walk from the apartment, here you could enjoy a round of golf or keep the kids entertained with a crazy game of golf.
