The cottage is located close to the epicentre of Keswick which means a choice of pubs, shops, restaurants and cafes, plus the Theatre by the Lake, are all within a five-minute walk. The town is also home to the famous Derwent Pencil Museum which is also just a five-minute walk away.
Keswick is located to the north of the Lake District and is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding mountains and Lakes, including Derwent Water just a mile from the town. Further afield is the town of Cockermouth with its shops and attractions, or the village of Grasmere which is just a short, scenic drive away.
