This ground floor apartment is tucked away just off the town centre, seconds from George Fisher’s famous store and moments from the lively shops, restaurants and pubs of Keswick and so benefits from having all amenities on the doorstep of its tranquil location. A brief walk leads via Hope Park and its scenic gardens and golf courses, past the Theatre on the Lake to Derwentwater lakeside with its boating trips and magnificent views of the surrounding hills and mountains.

Excellent location to town centre and a car park space outside the property. The property was well equipped. Could do with a blind in the kitchen but that is just a minor point.

Very well situated for town and close to the lake. It is very clean and a well equiped kitchen. Only down side was the living room furniture and tv could do with being updated, especially the living room chair, which is very unstable, the French doors need draft proofing, it was windy and the curtains were visibly moving with the draft. Overall had a great stay, so much so we are booked for later this year in number 2 Windsor house.

This is a lovely little cottage and, though near the centre, is quiet. There is a convenient parking spot right by the front door. The lounge and bedroom are comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen is a bit basic and small but adequate. The bathroom is similarly a bit small but serves its purpose. Perhaps lacking is things like handwash liquid in the kitchen and bathroom and tissues, though that is no big issue.
