The apartment, being on the second floor, enjoys excellent views over the River Greta, as well as over the surrounding Lakeland fells. With walking opportunities on the fells direct from your door, the apartment could not be better placed, and it is also within a short stroll of the town’s delightful parks, recreational areas, Derwentwater foreshore and boat landings, together with the famous Theatre by the Lake. There are golfing opportunities nearby. Shop 100 yards, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

We had a wonderful time and the flat is a great location for attending the Keswick Convention. There are lovely views and the flat was a good temperature throughout even when we were blessed with glorious sunshine. There were just a couple of things that could be improved. The double bed is very creaky so made a lot of noise every time my husband moved. The kitchen is not the best equipped- there’s not enough side plates for 4 people; the pans are very small if cooking for more than 2. Also, it is lovely that the towels are provided but the body towels are rather on the small side!

We loved 10 elm court, there was everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable, the view out the windows down to the river were an unexpected bonus, we were handy for everything we needed, shops, pubs, walks etc and having your own parking space was great also. Well done.
