Comfort receives mixed reviews, with guests finding the property homely and well-equipped, but some furniture and the sitting room's temperature have been noted as areas for improvement.
Facilities have been a point of contention due to maintenance issues such as leaks, non-working appliances, and a lack of instructions for use. However, the responsiveness of customer service is a redeeming factor.

The only problem was the shower up stairs, if u used it, water would come though the kitchen ceiling, so that bathroom was out of bounds all holiday, apart from that it was perfect
John
The heating in the property was very good apart from the sitting room where it was cold. Sadly there was no info on the property, appliances or location, restaurants etc. We found the sitting room to be uncomfortable The dining chairs has seen better days
