A traditional Lakeland stone terraced cottage enjoying an ideal setting on the banks of the River Greta and only a 10 minute level walk from the bustling town centre. The Twa Dogs pub is just across the road, serving bar meals and real ale. The cottage provides a cosy, comfortable base for couples or small families to enjoy the many attractions the area has to offer. It is also ideal for walkers with Skiddaw, Blencathra and Catbells all within a short drive.

Great stay at Bobbin Cottage, situated against the river and a stone's throw away from Keswick made it easy to enjoy the cottage and it's surroundings to the fullest

We really enjoyed our stay in Bobbin Cottage. Great location for exploring Keswick and the local area (just far enough away from the all the hustle and bustle as well). It may sound straightforward but to have a decent working oven (and all the necessary utensils for cooking), and a good functioning utility room was great (we were there for two weeks). Only slight issue was the tight parking space, but that was manageable. All in all a great stay and would definitely go back if in that area of the Lakes again.
