The location is very convenient for Keswick and the outlook across fields to the fells is great. Some of the instructions in the folder need updating but that is a very minor issue. Some of the restrictions only became apparent after booking i.e. we could not charge our EV on site for "insurance reasons". It would have been useful to trickle charge overnight as the public chargers were very busy.

I appreciate these things take hard work, and time to accomplish. The log cabin was spotlessly clean, warm, and required everything we needed. It allowed us to relax to the point, where it felt like our own home. This in itself, allowed us to have a great week, in a great location. A big thankyou to the owners, and sykes, for making it an easy, and pleasant trip.

Instantly felt at home. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was at hand. Lovely Welcome Pack of wine and biscuits. Lots of information, maps, local info which helped us plan our week even though we are regular visitors to The Lakes. Even plenty of games for those inevitable wet days! Well done to the owners. We wish we could stay there longer... let us know if you ever want to sell...?!! Perfect accommodation in perfect location.
