Overall, the property offers a pleasant stay with great convenience for exploring Keswick and the surrounding area.
Several guests mentioned issues such as cobwebs, unclean carpets, and areas needing a deep clean, though others found the property comfortable. Cleanliness appears inconsistent, with some stays affected by lack of attention to detail.

Spacious, nicely located property, fairly well equipped with excellent bathroom facilities. Would benefit from redecoration and a few minor repairs to make it excellent. Value for money.

We have stayed at this property a number of times as the location is great being so close to the town centre and the house provides all the amenities we need. The house is a great size even with 7 of us staying, the added conservatory is great and kitchen is very well equipped. The only downside is the last couple of times we have stayed the shower in the main upstairs bathroom doesn't work properly. After a few minutes of it running the pipes make a loud banging noise and the water goes from hot to cold and eventually cuts out completely. There are 2 other bathrooms in the property so we were still able to shower but it definitely needs looking at.

House was very cold, less than 12C, when we first got there, boiler had been turned off. Living room carpet had not been cleaned, big cobwebs in the kichen and the smoke alarm was sounding due to low battery. Phoned to complain and left the property within the hour. The house is not worth the rate asked, house and holiday company not recommended at all.Our break was totally ruined.
