13 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs. The house and grounds are stunning with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, as well as communal areas where everyone can come together. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The views of Catbells and surrounding fells are superb. Plenty of good walks nearby. Keswick has lots of lovely shops and places to eat out, plus the pencil museum, Hope Park and the Theatre by the Lake. We enjoyed an excellent private dining experience in the grand dining room, provided by The Keswick Kitchen. When the chef was stranded because of localised flooding Jackie and her team went above and beyond to get him and the food to us - thanks to Lucie who saved the day by rescuing him in her Landrover! Everything was perfect and they even washed up. *Imported from Google Reviews

We needed a large house for a family celebration and happened upon Bristowe Hill. We had a great week in this luxurious very spacious house. We loved 2 dishwashers, 2 lounges, lots of bathrooms with loads of hot water, very comfortable beds and lots of parking. We were able to bring our dogs as long as they slept in the kitchen and didn't go on the furniture which was fine by us. Lucie our host was absolutely brilliant, responsive and helpful and very patient with my myriad of questions. Would recommend to all, we will be back
