This charming first-floor apartment is one of five apartments in Kiln How, a large Victorian house situated in the centre of Rosthwaite village. As you enter the shared entrance into the hallway of this impressive and welcoming house, you will find your private entrance on the first floor. Entering the apartment into the hall, you will find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner opposite the entrance. There is comfortable seating and a Smart TV for you to log into your Netflix account and watch a movie or enjoy a series. There is an electric fire and a dining table for all to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. Down the hallway from the lounge there are two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
Heading outside, in front of the house there is a shared garden with seating overlooking the Borrowdale Valley and fells. There is private parking for one car in the car park just 15 metres from the property. You are able to park at the front of the cottage to unload and load your car. The farm café/shop (seasonal opening) are within walking distance.

- There are alternative routes to Rosthwaite available via Buttermere and Grange. From Braithwaite, take the Newlands pass to Buttermere. Once in Buttermere, take the B5289, Honister pass, to Rosthwaite. Route to Grange from Portinscale. Once in Grange take the B5289 to Rosthwaite.
