Enter the three-storey townhouse through the courtyard garden and into the lobby, where you can store all your outdoor gear. The property is decorated in a contemporary style, whilst still retaining many of its original features, and gorgeous oak flooring runs throughout the ground floor with cosy underfloor heating. The sociable, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is at the heart of the home; perch at the breakfast bar with a glass of wine whilst the dinner cooks, share memorable mealtimes at the dining table, and chill out in the lounge area to watch the SkyTV. The whole space is kept warm and toasty by a roaring wood burner. From the kitchen, a step leads up to the entrance hall and front door. Completing the ground floor is a handy shower room. The remaining bedrooms – a king-size and a twin – are located on the second floor, along with another bathroom. From this floor, you can access the incredible roof terrace, which boasts magnificent views of the surrounding fells. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a sundowner and reflect on an amazing holiday. There is also outdoor furniture in the enclosed courtyard to the front of the property, where you can sip a morning coffee and watch the world go by.
