Lake Road Heights is a stunning apartment and a particular feature is the large living/dining room with its high ceilings and lovely slate floor. The views over the rooftops to Cat Bells are just beautiful. Lake Road Heights is a first floor duplex apartment, accessed by 14 steps and a further 7 steps to the first floor itself. It is in the heart of Keswick and is situated above a shop, therefore all the amenities are right on your doorstep. Private parking can be found to the rear which is an absolute luxury in the centre of town. The apartment is ideal for a family, with three good sized bedrooms, one with en-suite, and a separate bathroom - your dog can come along too! All in all, this is the perfect base to enjoy all that Keswick, renowned for its spectacular setting, has to offer. Shop, pub and restaurant 20 yards.

The home needs more love and care - Not clean at all. The second bathroom was a joke. Linen and towels were thread bare. Mould on both plastic mats for shower and bath. Heating was an issue and TV Remote needs replacing - Location was fantastic

Tea bags left in teapot. Toaster hadn't had the trays emptied for weeks jammed solid. Oven and oven tray filthy with grease baked on. Grubby cups and glasses. Location was really good and the kitchen had lots of utensils.

Great location and a bonus having parking although very tricky getting there at times - tables and people at Pub. Locks are needed on both bathroom doors and main bedroom door needs sorting out will not stay closed at all.Felt it could have been cleaner. Underneath the cushions on sofas were dirty and lots of dog hairs.No welcome pack as stated in description..Don't think we would book again primarily due to access to the parking.
