Lovely three storey house in a great location with a highly sought after parking space. Ground floor consists of large dining room, a very well stocked kitchen and utility. Everything that you could need in terms of utensils, dishes etc. We didn’t use washer/dryer but dishwasher was good. Small closet toilet. First floor consists of large lounge with dual sofas and armchair plus small table for visitors to people watch over Fitz park and beyond. Also has double bedroom with balcony to rear and full bath. Second floor had small twin and larger master bedroom plus a full shower room and toilet. Parking was at the rear of the property, off-road in a designated space. Overall a lovely property, well though out and well kept, with comfy beds and only a few minutes walk to the centre of Keswick town. Phone signal across whole of Keswick is poor/weak but the WiFi in the property allowed WiFi calls/whatsapp messaging. The only minor thing that could improve the overall experience is to include a hand towel in each of the three bathrooms. Would rebook and stay again in future.

The property was in a wonderful location with an amazing view. The only issue was that the grill pan and every roasting pan and baking tray was in a fifty condition so much so I went out and bought foil tray to cook my Sunday roast in. Considering it was a really big house it was very comfy cosy we loved it.

A rare case of a holiday cottage where the reality exceeded expectations. Lots of thoughtful touches, very comfortable and bags of character. Very well situated close to the town centre. The only minor niggle was the lack of dessert spoons in the cutlery drawer (odd because there were huge numbers of knives and forks!). No complaints otherwise.
