Guests say

Noble Cottage in Keswick receives high praise for its prime location, comfort, and thoughtful touches such as a welcome bottle of prosecco. Guests appreciate the private parking, cleanliness, and the well-equipped facilities. While there are a few mentions of maintenance needs and cleanliness oversights, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests planning to return.

Most guests found Noble Cottage to be clean and well-maintained, with several positive remarks about its tidiness. However, a few guests noted issues with cleanliness, such as food remnants and a full hoover, which slightly lowers the score.

The location of Noble Cottage is consistently praised for being central and convenient, with easy access to Keswick's amenities and a private parking space. It is considered ideal by guests, contributing to a high score.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, with special mentions of the comfy beds and spaciousness suitable for families and groups. A few concerns about steep stairs and seating capacity are noted but do not significantly detract from the overall comfort.

The facilities at Noble Cottage are generally well-regarded, with guests appreciating the well-equipped kitchen and extra touches. Some maintenance issues, such as a slow-draining sink and a query about the number of guests the property can accommodate, have been raised, indicating room for improvement.

The thoughtful gestures, such as a welcome bottle of prosecco and festive decorations, are frequently mentioned and appreciated by guests. While these gifts add to the positive experience, it is noted that such gestures are not guaranteed for every stay.

Very clean on arrival with a welcome pack on the table. Lovely comfy beds and a large bathroom on the first floor. Really well equipped kitchen for staying in and cooking nights. Only downside is seating in the living room for 4 adults and 2 teenage children was not enough for us all to sit comfortably together. Would definitely stay here again we loved it

Clean, well equipped, really comfortable beds had a really lovely break with our 2 dogs and with lots of beautiful walks. Welcome pack a lovely gesture and appreciated, thank you. Would definitely recommend and would love to return

Likewise it should say thee shower room does not have a wash basin but only a "small hand rinse basin", which meant we all had to share the wash basin in the bathroom. The lounge carpet was a trip hazard as it wasooseby the entrance and it needs replacing as it was dirty and dog smelly. The hoover was full and couldn't be used. The kitchen surfaces were not clean and the pan cupboard crammed full. It states there is a shared garden but should say it is across the car parking area, and is not dog friendly (which we were told it was) as it not enclosed and had a sign No dog fouling.
