Riverside Park 1 in Keswick is praised for its superb location, with easy access to local amenities and scenic views. Guests appreciate the modern aesthetics, well-equipped kitchen, and the thoughtful touches such as welcome packs. While the property offers a comfortable stay, some guests noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance that need addressing.
Guests have had mixed experiences with cleanliness. Some found the property to be very clean and up to standard, while others reported issues such as dirty floors, appliances, and the presence of pet odours. The inconsistency leads to a slightly above average score.
The location is consistently lauded for its convenience, proximity to the town centre, and beautiful views. The easy access to local attractions and the added benefit of parking make it an ideal spot for visitors.
The property is generally considered comfortable, with a warm and well-appointed interior. However, some guests mentioned uncomfortable seating and issues with heating in certain rooms, slightly lowering the score.
Facilities are modern and usually well-received, but several guests encountered maintenance issues such as broken appliances, plumbing problems, and a lack of cleaning supplies. These concerns affect the overall score.
Many guests mentioned appreciative gestures like welcome packs, which added to their positive experience. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, the score reflects the overall thoughtfulness of the property's provisions.

The apartment was spotless , we always say when we go away the place has to be at least as comfortable as our home and No1 Riverside did exactly this. Thank you for also suppling the milk/ teabags and the lovely Plum Bread and Jam. Mmmmm , we both put weight on ;) The sheets on the bed, towels were lovely x The location to Keswick and parking made the stay easy and more fullfiling. We loved the sound of the river both in the morning and when going to bed, wonderful. x No negatives just a couple of small maintenance issues. 1. The electric fire in the lounge, the fan makes a real noise, it would be lovely to have it on, not for the heat but the glowing log effect, it would be great if you can sort this. 2. I had to bleed the radiators and top the bolier pressure up to get the heating working again, I did not bother you with this as its something I can do, good to keep an eye on this .. 3. The standard lamp fitting is broken , easy fix. We will definitely visit again , we both said we could live in the apartment so if you ever think of selling ? x x ;) Lots of love and well done on supplying a great product and service. Slight disappointment that the standard lamp near the dining table had no bulb in it & therefore didnât work. Maybe us but we couldnât get the light to work on the cooker extractor hood either.
